Privacy Policy

TileDraft Pro is a tile-layout planning application developed by Kyle Elinesky. This Privacy Policy explains how TileDraft Pro handles information when you use the application.
Information TileDraft Pro handles
TileDraft Pro allows you to create floor and wall plans, enter measurements, place openings and objects, configure tile layouts, and save projects on your device.
The current version of TileDraft Pro:
- does not require or provide a user account;
- does not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, financial information, or other personal information;
- does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, diagnostic information, or usage histories;
- does not contain advertising; and
- does not transmit your project drawings, measurements, saved layouts, or cut information to the developer or to third parties.
Local project data
Project names, drawings, measurements, objects, tile settings, and layouts are stored locally on your device so that you can save and reopen your work. This information is used only to provide the app's project-planning features.
Your device's operating system or backup service may back up application data according to the settings and privacy terms of that service. TileDraft Pro does not control those device-level backup services.
Sharing of information
TileDraft Pro does not sell, rent, or share personal information or project data with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.
The store through which you obtain TileDraft Pro, such as Google Play or Apple's App Store, may independently process information associated with downloading, purchasing, or maintaining the app. That processing is governed by the store provider's own privacy policy and is not performed by TileDraft Pro.
Website and embedded video
The TileDraft Pro website includes an embedded YouTube tutorial using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser or device information, when you choose to load or interact with the video. If you open the video on YouTube, your activity is governed by Google's privacy policy and your YouTube or Google account settings.
Data security
TileDraft Pro limits data handling by keeping project information on your device and by not operating a developer-controlled server for project storage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any device backups.
No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. If TileDraft Pro adds online accounts, cloud storage, analytics, or another feature that changes how information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when that feature becomes available.
Data retention and deletion
Saved project information remains on your device until you delete the project within TileDraft Pro, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the application. TileDraft Pro does not retain a separate server copy of your project information and therefore has no remote project data to delete.
Children's privacy
TileDraft Pro is a professional planning tool and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when TileDraft Pro's features or data practices change. Any revised policy will show an updated effective date. Material changes will be disclosed through an appropriate notice in the app or its store listing when required.
